Located north of Florence, this small stone arch culvert crosses an unnamed tributary of the Redwood River.
Built in 1900, this bridge features a typical design of small stone arch culverts. It is constructed of a Sioux Quartzite, commonly seen on bridges in the area.
Along with the attractive pink color, the arch is actually more of a rubble arch. The uneven sized stones required the use of mortar during construction.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in good condition. The uneven surface of the quartzite appears like weathering, but actually is not.

The author has ranked the bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
The photo above is an overview. The bridge is located along MN-23 north of County Road 16.
